When judging the build of a participant individually as well as in comparison, a fixed procedure should be followed which will make an overall judgment of the physical appearance as whole possible.
2.
First and important issues at the symmetry round are an evenly development and definition of the body. Besides that one should also pay attention to the well-balanced build and length of the limbs as arems, legs and upper body.
3.
A more detailled judgment of the symmetry can take place during the comparison of several participants in a random "Call Out" of a member of the jury, where it is possible to evaluate the form, evenly build and development as often as a member of the jury finds necessary.
4.
In the presentation round of the Ladies femininity is an important aspect in the evaluation. Female forms and curves are main points of attention. This does not mean that the development of the muscles should not be appreciated. It should, however, be judged within the borders of a harmonious and especially female whole. A massive and hard muscle development, such as the gentlemen, should not be appreciated. A "too" detailled definition and hardness of the muscles should result in a lower evaluation. A soft distinction of the muscles where the muscle groups are recognizable should be preferable and should result in a higher evaluation.
5.
All presentation and symmetry comparisons of the ladies will happen based on "quarter turns". The participants should stand up straight and relaxed, wihout tensing the muscles, head high, and look forward, arms along the sides of the body. If a participant, to the judgment of the jury, does not take the right position or tenses her muscles too much, a warning shall follow. Repetition of this and the leading umpire shall tell all members of the jury to add 1 point to the placing number of the concerning participant.
6.
When the leading umpire gives the indication the participants will turn a quarter to right, so that they are faced to the jury with their left side. When indicated by the leading umpire the participants turn again a quarter to right, so that their rear is towards the jury. When the leading umpire gives the indication the participants will turn a quarter to right, so that they are faced to the jury with their right side. When indicated by the leading umpire the participants turn again a quarter to right, so that their face is towards the jury.
7.
As soon as the participants have completed the quarter turns, the leading umpire will ask each member of the jury which participants he/she wants to compare. A member of the jury is allowed to ask minimal 2 and maximal 3 participants in the comparison. All members of the jury are each allowed to ask as many comparisons until each member of the jury has acquired a ranking of the participants.
Each member of the jury may determine individually in which sequence the participants are lined up on stage.
8.
Each time when a comparison has been completed, the concerning participants go back in the line-up and the procedure is repeated for the next member of the jury. Each member of the jury is expected to follow all comparisons, so not only the ones which have been requested by himself/herself.
A round is ended when none of the members of the jury requires a comparison.
9.
The members of the jury are not allowed to place participants on the same place, except when it is a matter of penalty points. If one of the member of jury has given a score which deviates strongly from the average, then the leading umpire will request the concerning member of the jury to revise her/his decision.
The leading umpire has the authority to suspend a member of the jury from the jury due to incompetence, when the scores repeatedly deviate too much of the average.
